عائشة السملالي تدخل في إضرب مفتوح عن الطعام ابتداءا من 16 شتنبر بالعيون
قررت الاعلامية عائشة السملالي الدخول في إضراب مفتوح عن الطعام، ابتداءا من يوم الأربعاء 16 شتنبر الجاري بحي الحجري بالعيون، احتجاجا على رفض السلطات المغربية تطبيق القانون على الجميع حول انتهاك حقوق التأليف لبرنامج سمعي بصري يحمل عنوان ( الإدارة ) من طرف مدير مجموعات إذاعات إم إف إم" كمال لحلو بمباركة المحيط الملكي.
وجاء في بيان الاعلامية عائشة الذي توصلنا بنسخة منه، ان قرار الاضراب عن الطعام المفتوح اتخذته بعدما نفذت إضرابا انذاريا عن الطعام لمدة 48 ساعة، دون ان تلتفت الجهات المعنية إلى مطالبها المشروعة.
و طالبت في نفس البيان بفتح تحقيق لمحاسبة المسئولين عن الاعتقال التعسفي الذي تعرضت إليه بمدينة العيون ومارافقه من انتهاكات لحقوق الانسان.
كما دعت الاعلامية عائشة الى لفتح تحقيق في ملف انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية لبرنامج الإدارة من أجل جبر الضرر ومعاقبة المتواطئين في هذا الملف.
و ناشدت عائشة في بيانها المنظمات الحقوقية والمنابر الإعلامية وكافة الجهات المعنية لمؤازرتها في هذا الملف و الوقوف معها في محنتها ورد الاعتبار للحريات العامة بالمغرب.
وفي ختام البيان، توجهت بخالص الشكر إلى الأقلام الشريفة في الصحافة الالكترونية والمكتوبة التي ساندتنها في محنتها كما توجهت بالشكر الخالص إلى المنظمات الحقوقية الوطنية والأجنبية وكل الشرفاء بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

The Tomorrow Association of Human Rights expresses its strong condemnation on the aggression and abduction committed against the journalist Aicha Samlali by the Moroccan security forces in uniform and in plain clothes at the moment of her arrival to the city of Laayoune and entry in a sit-in in a Desheira Square.
The Moroccan police have arrested Aicha Samlali led herto the headquarters of security forces in Laayoune after starting a sit-in on Friday 21 August 2015, at 6 PM near by the Desheira Square in Laayoune, on the background of demanding her legitimate rights.
It should be noted that the journalist Aicha Samlali decided to engage in a sentinel hunger strike for 48 hours starting from Sunday 23 August 2015 in Laayoune, after she was subjected to detention and confiscation of an amount of 2000 DAM was in her possession by a policeman in plain clothes.
It is worth mentioning that the journalist Aicha Samlali was arbitrary expulsion from radio MFM, and her audio-visual program entitled “Al-Idarah” or The Administration, of which she claims the intellectual property, was seized. She applied an emergency request to cease the broadcast of the program, but never been considered for over a year, after which made many complaints to several institutions accusingsome influencing parties of theft of intellectual property, but againnopositive responsereceived.
Moreover, in the past, Aicha Samlali was prevented from practicing the profession of journalism which cordoned her off financially and morally, and deprived her from her right to housing.
The Tomorrow Association of Human Rights expresses its strong condemnation on the horrible attack, that Aicha Samlali was exposed to. And also expresses its concerns about the deterioration of the victim’s health status. Therefore, The Association demands the Moroccan authorities to stop confiscating the right to expression and demonstration, which is considered a violation against every citizen’s right to freedom of expression.
